Our purpose was to determine the effect of tumor necrosis factor-alpha on anti-oncogene expression and to investigate the relationship between the up-regulation of the p53 tumor suppressor gene and tumor necrosis factor-alpha-mediated apoptosis in epithelial ovarian cancer cell lines.
