    To determine if a subset of atypical ductal hyperplasia (ADH) lesions diagnosed at 11-gauge, directional, vacuum-assisted, prone, stereotactic biopsy fit the "probably benign" definition of a less than 2% chance of being carcinoma at subsequent surgical excision.
