Research Interests

IRX-2 is a biologic product containing multiple ultra low dose cytokines (IL-1 beta. IL:=2,6,8,10,12, TNF- alpha, G-CSF, and GM-CSF) produced from PHA stimulated monoclear cells obtain from normal donors. Cyclophosphamide 300mg/m2 is given IV on day 1, indomethacin 25 mg p.o. tid together with oral zinc and multivitamins are given daily for 3 weeks. 1cc of IRX-2 is given into each upper sternocleidomasatoid muscle for 10 days between days 4 and 15 (not on Saturday and Sunday). Mutivitamin Supplement and Zinc will also be given. Safety and freedom from relapse will be measured for 5 years.
