Healing Imagery

Healing Imagery groups, led by Mary Horngren, Medical Hypnotherapist, are provided free of charge to persons living with cancer. These groups are now offered at the following 3 locations: Breast Cancer Connections (BCC) and Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF) in Palo Alto and in Mountain View.  Each imagery session focuses on relaxation, a sense of well-being, and healing the body, mind, emotions, and spirit.  No reservation necessary - just drop in shortly before the class starts.  Support persons are also welcome and encouraged to attend, free of charge.
