Expressive Art & Imagery for Health and Healing

Join us in the fun process of exploring your imagination and creativity.
Cancer patients, family and caregivers will learn techniques that alleviate stress and support healing. Absolutely no art or imagery experience is needed to fully enjoy the richness of this process.

Place of Comfort
Need to find a comfy place? This beginning session will introduce you to imagery, relaxation techniques and the creative process.

Quality
Look inside your treasure chest. In this session we will reconnect with an inner quality that we would like to bring into our day-to-day lives.

Inner Wisdom
Ever heard of intuition? This is the chance to meet that part of yourself that always knows the right answer.

The Box
Pack up all your cares and woes.  Letting it go and making room for you.

Healing Circle
Calling all angels. Discover your healing circle. The surprise lies within.

Do you ever feel like you're giving so much the well is running dry?  Join us to experience a new way of self-nurturing.

Protection
Are you having a day when there are just too many demands?  Today we will explore ways to reestablish our boundaries and learn a tool for self-protection.

Holding it all Together
Do you feel like you're coming apart at the seams?  Imagine all the parts of the puzzle clicking into place.

Strengthening Hope
Reconnect with the strength and hope that lives inside us all.  Leave today's workshop with hope Reiki.
