Exercise Consultations
The Exercise Counseling Program offers cancer patients a FREE, one-on-one, one-hour long exercise consultation. Patients leave the session with a customized exercise plan, which can include exercise demos and referrals. Clinical evidence has shown, regular exercise for cancer survivors can speed recovery, promote treatment effectiveness, and lessen side effects.

- Normally result in a written set of exercises
- Include demonstration of exercises
- Often include referrals to group exercise and yoga classes
