Fresh Berry Sundaes

Serving Size:   157 calories, 6g fat, 1g saturated fat, 4g protein, 41mg sodium, 25g carbs, 3g fiber

For LMD (Low Microbial Diet), eliminate berries and choose non-berry fruit. 
For lactose-free diet, choose lactose-free yogurt.

Ingredients:

12 cups fresh strawberries (and/or blackberries)
2 8-ounce cartons vanilla yogurt    
Ground nutmeg   
cup granola
cup brown sugar
cup toasted coconut
cup toasted sliced almonds

Cooking Instructions:

1.

Remove stems from berries.  Rinse the berries in cold water and drain well.  Transfer the berries to 12 individual bowls, or one large serving bowl for guests to serve themselves.

2. Top with vanilla yogurt sprinkled with ground nutmeg, granola, brown sugar, coconut, and sliced almonds.  Or let guests build their own berry sundaes.
