    • The ride is fully supported - rest stops, SAG support and outstanding food/drink at the finish.
    • Ride with elite racers from professional cycling teams – Team Garmin/Cervelo and others.

Where/When:

  • The ride begins and ends at VMWare Campus in Palo Alto, and is scheduled for September 28, 2013, with routes going over the coastal range to San Gregorio and back, with options for less hilly routes.

Why:

  • Production costs are underwritten by registration fees, Canary Foundation and sponsors, not donations
  • Unique financial model (only ride to contribute 100% to beneficiary starting in its first year) maximizes the impact of charitable giving
  • The benefit stays local, but the impact is global - raises donations and awareness for world class cancer research and care in the region
  • Because it’s a blast!
