Annual Reunion

The Blood and Bone Marrow Transplant Program hosts an annual reunion every July for former patients who are a year or more post-transplant; their caregivers and families; Blood and Marrow Transplant Program staff, and other invited guests.  This well-attended, festive function allows former patients to renew friendships and share their experience and success with others.  We celebrated our 23rd Annual Blood and Bone Marrow Transplant Program Reunion in July 2011 with over 300 former patients, and 700 of their family members, friends, and Blood and Marrow Transplant Program staff in attendance.  July 2008 marked the first 20th anniversary for several of our patients and our reunion honors both our 10+ year survivors and 20+ year survivors each year with a special lei ceremony.
